- The valuation service terms of use constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and Automaakler Eesti OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Automaakler) and list the conditions governing the Client's use of Automaakler's rental service. If the client decides to cancel the service or change the initially selected car, this is possible until the moment when Automaakler has arranged a meeting with the seller. Otherwise, the money is not refundable.
- Automaakler's experts do everything possible to not only determine the market value but also discover potential flaws and defects in the car. Automaakler does not take responsibility for possible hidden defects but does its best to find them.
- Automaakler guarantees complete neutrality in vehicle valuation.
- When providing the valuation service, Automaakler does not remove body panels, protective plastics, wheels, hubcaps, or other parts from the car. The car inspection is carried out as thoroughly as possible for the respective model without removing parts from the car.
The valuation report is an assessment of the vehicle's market value prepared by Automaakler, an independent party. The vehicle value assessment is formed using auto24.ee statistical data (similar sold vehicles) and by comparing the vehicle's condition and additional equipment. The valuation report is intended as an informative document confirming the vehicle's market price and does not automatically guarantee acceptance by various financial institutions for asset acquisition. We issue the valuation report to the client and their designated financial institution within 1 business day after vehicle presentation.
